Congratulations to the Fraunhofer Cluster 3D Integration! The Cluster has won the 2016 3D InCities Award as “Research Institute of the Year“.
The award honors the outstanding research activities in the area of 3D packaging technologies on an international level. In this cluster, the institutes Fraunhofer IKTS, IZM, ENAS, EAS and IPMS work together on a broad range of topics related to 3D integration.
