Solid electrolyte batteries are considered potential candidates that can overcome the disadvantages of conventional lithium-ion batteries in terms of safety and energy density. However, we are not yet seeing entry into the mass market and therefore ask ourselves: Where do solid electrolyte batteries stand today? The committee of the 2026 International Zeolite Membrane Meeting (IZMM) is very pleased to invite experts from the field of membrane technology – particularly researchers working in the field of microporous inorganic membranes based on zeolites and related materials – to the 10th International Zeolite Membrane Meeting from June 22 – 26, 2026, in Jena, Germany.
