The seminar »Understanding and Experiencing Modern Batteries Firsthand« provides a thorough and practical understanding of modern battery technologies with a special focus on lithium-ion batteries. Participants will gain a clear introduction to the fundamental electrochemical processes, learn about the structure and function of key cell components, and gain insights into current materials, cell chemistries, and testing methods.

The Sodium Battery Symposium – SBS is the conference for scientific exchange on sodium batteries in Europe. The SBS8 will cover all aspects of Na-based batteries, from fundamental research up to systems, along with testing, markets and applications. It wants to strengthen the community around sodium batteries and intends to enable an open exchange of information on current scientific results, research interests, as well as market requirements.
