Service portfolio and infrastructure

  • Research and development of materials, parts, and components for AEM and alkaline electrolysis (AEMWE and AWE), as well as low-temperature liquid electrochemistry (e.g., electrosynthesis)
  • Analytical electrochemistry on individual cells and stacks (e.g., impedance spectroscopy, accelerated stress test, polarization curves, long-term tests according to EU protocol etc.)
  • Materials and engineering analysis and component testing for AWE and AEMWE, as well as low-temperature liquid electrochemistry (e.g., electrosynthesis), including post-mortem analysis (SEM, XRD, nitrogen sorption, bubble point, and much more)
  • MEA, CCM, and CCS architectures: material and coating solutions to extend service life and improve efficiency
  • Design and development of cells and stacks: from CAD through simulation and prototyping to manufacturing based on design for manufacturing
  • Development and quality testing of sealing concepts up to a maximum of 30 bar for electrolysis components, cells, and stacks
