Within a scientific investigation, we developed the combination of a forming step with the typical MLC-technology for the fabrication of novel 3D-components in ceramic, using LTCC tapes in multiple panels. The results demonstrate the high potential of this approach regarding novel functional structures. We achieved an aspect ratio of eight. The verification of superficial as well as buried thick-films after the deforming and sintering process confirm their functionality.
